    Hi TE Signs,

I think this is related to this issue: https://github.com/Rise-Vision/widget-web-page/issues/90

We're working on a fix now and it should be released by tomorrow. As a workaround could you try removing the refresh interval?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
    Shea

    Hi TE Signs,

A new version of the Web Page Widget has been released. When a refresh rate option is selected you'll see a new setting called 'Enable cache buster (recommended)' in the Widget Settings. For your presentation to run without problems, you should uncheck this option, and then save and publish your presentation.

If you don't see the 'Enable cache buster' option in the settings, you may need to clear your browser cache and/or restart your browser.

Please let me know if this solves the problem for you.

    Thanks,
    Shea

1 worked and the other didn't.

It shows on my screen and on the preview. Does not show on display once published.

Could you try restarting the display?

    I did that.

Actually, I am starting to think it's the web page.

Stand by, let me try a few things and I will report back.

    Thanks
