How can I determine the name of a certain display long after the media player has been installed?
For example, we have three test media players, all named some variation of Test Box. Let's call them Test Box 1,2,3. I'm trying to track these down.
I thought I had Test Box 1 setup in my office for testing, but Test Box 1 doesn't reflect any changes I send to it. So I changed it out with the media player "Test Box 2" and tried again. Still no luck. So neither of these media players are Test Box 1 or 2, which means I don't know where those boxes are.
Then ... after I shut down the two media players in my office (Test Box 1&2), the third media player, Text Box 3, which is NOT in my office, still shows online. Since I don't have Text Box 3 in my office, I also don't know where it is. But it's online supposedly, so someone put it into service without renaming it. I just don't know where it is now, so I don't want to disable it.
Basically ... is there a way to determine the media player/display name from the media player itself? Else how does one track down unknown players?
