Pro version licenses - how many available and how many utilized?

    On the Displays Application, there are three player types. Free, Unsupported, and Licensed. Any Display that is "Licensed" is a pro version.

    Thanks, Blake, but I know that. I do not know how many Licenses we have and how many we currently use. There is no such info. A lot of things were changed by Rise Vision lately and I am not quite sure what they are now. For example... Do we have 2 or 3 display licenses? Can we use them for sub-companies now? I really do not want to make a mistake by diving through all of our sub-companies trying to find out the player version... To complicate things further, some of the displays under the main company are inactive. There should be this specific display info available in the dashboard if it is not yet.

    If you go to store.risevision.com and click details next to the name of your current plan, the details will show how many Licensed Displays you have. Licensed Displays can only be used in by the Company that the subscription belongs to at this time, so if you have sub-Companies, they will need their own subscriptions for now.

    Actually, I'll take that second part back. You can use licenses in sub-companies, but you'll need to contact us in support to get that set up.
