Player Status as "Not activated"

    Hi Marcos,

    It sounds like these players might not have a Display ID, or that Display ID might not exist in the app.  Please follow this help center article to make sure they are set up correctly and, during the countdown before Rise Player starts, click on "Change Display ID".  Try searching for the display ID to see if it exists in your company (or better yet, create a new display so you can replace it.)
