We have noticed that some Displays running Rise Player for Chrome OS are not displaying scheduled content as expected. After a restart, outside of a time when Presentation content is Scheduled, the Display will show a black screen as expected. Once the Schedule should begin playing Presentation content, the Display remains at a black screen.
As a workaround, the display schedule can be set to ALWAYS and this will avoid the issue.
We are investigating this issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
