    Hello Rob,

Just to make sure I understand the issue correctly - are you using the preview URL to try and show the presentation on the register? Or have you installed the player app on the register itself? Your post mentions a display ID, but it looks like you're attempting to use a preview URL which shouldn't be necessary if you're using the display ID with the player.

Depending on the operating system of the register, it may just not be able to view the preview URL.

Let me know and I'll see how we can move forward with this issue.

    Thanks!

Yes, I am using that based on suggestions from others in the community. I have not installed a player on the register itself, because I can't (the vendor of the register manages it and has a generic feature to display from any narrowcasting like URL). See https://help.risevision.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115019363243-Presentation-as-a-website-.The register is running Windows 10.

    Hello Rob,

Sorry for the delay here! It sounds like the cash register might be having a hard time getting a connection established to our servers. As it's a cash register, I would be willing to bet that it's got some strict security policies in place that may be causing issues. Would you or a member of your team be able to verify that the register has access to all the required resources listed in our network requirements? You can find more information on these below.
