This happened to me before, but I though it was some accidental fluke. Today we installed another display and it did it again. Typically I would setup display in our office location and then installers would go and install it on site. When connected, the display booted up, but RV app did not start. I connected remotely, started RV Player manually and the ID field was empty. This is not the end of the world, but it should not be like that.
