    Darius,

Can you shoot an email into Support with a link to this Schedule so we can try testing it ourselves in a test environment? That way if we have a bug we can get it corrected ASAP. I don't want to set it up wrong without looking at yours, and spend a bunch of time chasing the wrong settings :)

    Thanks!

Hi there again. I just cannot leave you be ))) I found this quite annoying thing. Today I was setting up a bunch of scheduled widgets for this year. Really what I needed to do is make one and them copy the same widget over and over again. Initially, I was really annoyed that the calendar was always starting with January, although the original copy had the different date set. Then I noticed if I opened, closed and then again re-opened the calendar, the date would go to the previously set in the original copy (this is what I wanted). I can live with that, but would not it be nice to have this widget just adhering to the date set in the previous copy of that widget. See the attached gif:

    Darius,

Sorry, I'm having some trouble recreating this. Can you let me know if I have these steps right:

    1. Set the Timeline of a Widget in a Placeholder in a Presentation to have a set start and end date.
    2. Duplicate that Widget in the Placeholder of that Presentation.
    3. The duplicated Widget should not have the same start and end date as the original.

From my testing here, it does, so I am wondering what I am doing differently than what you are. Maybe this is only occurs when the original has a start and end date before January? If that is the case, can you shoot support@risevision.com a link to a Presentation you have that has a Widget with a Start and End date that is before January so I can test?

    Thanks!

Robb, you got it! The copy retains the date, but have you tried to expand the calendar in order to change the date? Because over here I always get January (the first time); although, the widget had been set for September. Then I need to close the calendars' drop-box and open it again in order to get the actual month set. Just see the attached GIF, it has all of the info in it. And pay attention not only to the initially set date but also to what month do I get when I expand the date box.

    Darius,

Can you shoot support@risevision.com a link to one of these Presentations, or maybe a copy of one of them that you see this in? I don't have any that have prior timelines set, and it may take forever for me to go through all the Presentations in my test Company to find one :) If you have one handy, I'll copy that over to my test Company, and create a bug using that Presentation.

    Thanks!

I am back at it completely frustrated because RV just would not fix that darn 'scheduling.' I really want to know how do I schedule a widget to reaper every year on a specific day. Before I had problems with the range of dates, yesterday I learned that even a single day (recurring yearly) would not show up on the screen. Just maaaaaaaad... )

    Darius,

Any chance you can email support@risevision.com a link to the Presentation you're seeing this in?

What I am thinking, is if I schedule the Widget to appear on this coming Monday ONLY, it should show up, but from what you are saying, it will not. If I can recreate that, I will get a bug logged ASAP.

    Thanks!
