Rise player not loading after schedule saved

    I'm not aware of anything specific that would cause that behavior after saving a schedule. Could you please reach out to us via email at support@risevision.com so that we can look into this further?

    It would be helpful if you could send us the Display ID of the affected Display in your email to us.
