In this post about enabling CAP for emergency notifications on RISE screens, there is the implication that one needs separate Companies for separate locations. At our school we have two campuses, but we are one school, and all the resources for both campuses need to be managed/shared by RISE admins on both campuses.
We use Ruvna for our real-time school crisis and emergency management and it is CAP-capable. Because our two campuses are separated by a mile or more, our state-mandated drills (fire, lockdowns, etc,) are completely separate 'entities' and should not interfere with each other. In other words, a fire-drill at one campus is not necessarily scheduled at the same time on the other campus, and RISE displays should not show alert messages on the campus not engaged in a drill.
If having separate Companies is necessary to handle two campuses, how do we bypass this restriction?
Is it possible?
