Screen showing "No internet connection available" -- but Internet is fine

    Our displays are doing the same thing. A countdown screen comes up saying the display will begin after but then we get this same screen.

    Hi Children's Library,

    The first step to would be to make sure this device is connected to the internet. The best way to do this is to hook up a keyboard/mouse to your device and check the network settings. For ChromeOS devices you may also want to try a power wash and setting new settings. More information on that here:
