    Hi there.

    I'm experiencing this exact same error screen. We have several displays all running on windows 10 players. Players have been working fine for the past 18-24 months. Suddenly they all stopped around the same time - 24/06/19 Just got a black screen. Not even the stop player command (ctrl+alt+Q) works once this error appears.

    We discovered this issue yesterday and successfully corrected it. Are you still getting this issue when you restart your Displays?
