    Hi there Jordan,

    I have heard of a couple of users in the past reporting phantom touches, however I am not certain of the hardware they are using. 

    If I recall correctly, one user mentioned that it happened after a Windows update, and changing the USB port that the touchscreen was plugged into fixed the issue. Did you want to try that and see if that helps?

    I am not familiar with Samsung's touch-screen equipment. If available, I would look in the software to disable multi-touch and double-tap touch.

    And, of course, the way to avoid that is to buy proper equipment from companies that specialize in making such equipment... Planar, ELO just to name a couple. Samsung is a good TV manufacturer but sells mediocre digital signage equipment and we learned it the hard way and still are dealing with that.
