Our Rise Vision player is not connecting to our TV. I have tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot the device to include: turning the Chrome box off and on, checking the internet at our location, checked all connections and have restarted and rebooted Rise Vision from the back of house (all things that have worked in the past). This screen keeps showing and the person who installed the software (which has been properly working for the last 4 years) says he wiped Chrome OS off the players to strictly run Rise Vision software. We had a storm last week that caused a power outage and it has not worked properly since then. Does anyone else have a suggestion?
