    Hi there Adbo!

    The first thing that comes to mind is that if the Schedule you have the Display in has content set to start and stop at a specific time, the time on the media player itself may be incorrect.

    For example, if you have the Schedule set to play from 8 am to 5 pm, and the time on the Display is currently 6 pm, it would show only a black screen.

    Another thing to make sure of, is that in the Presentation's Placeholders, and the Widget itself, make sure that the Distribution is set to All Displays. If one Display ID works, but another does not, the issue could be that the Display ID is not included in the Distribution.     Thank you for your reply.

    all the schedules , placeholders etc.. are correct.  I am doubting this has something to do with the new pricing scheme.  We are running the free version of rise.

     

    Do you have a limitation on the number of displays or subcompanies in the free version?

    as you can see from the attched photo, it says the displays are not activated, although we addred the display ID. 

     

     

    although the displays were working before as you can see from the last connection date
