Issue With Subscription Cancellations
We want to make you aware of a situation currently impacting a small number of Rise Vision users. You may have incorrectly received an email titled What could we do better? that indicates that you have just cancelled your subscription, and your Displays may show that you have no Display License available.
Our developers are treating this as their highest priority, and we’re working to get it fixed as soon as possible. If you’ve received this email and your Displays are down, please contact us at support@risevision.com and we’ll follow up with you to ensure your issues are resolved.

All subscriptions that were suspended in error this morning have been reinstated and this issue has been corrected. If you are still seeing any problems with your Displays due to a subscription cancelled in error, please reach out to us at support@risevision.com.
