Robb, but it went back to it again shortly. It was displaying the 4K just fine ... until this morning. The 4K content was clipped as it really was a smaller resolution; although, it was not.

I wiped the player and re-enrolled it again. The app still reports back the wrong resolution, but the 4K content plays just fine. In addition, initially, I've seen even smaller resolution reported back in the app.

Chrome player just keeps reporting back wrong screen resolution of the 4K display, and occasionally crops it like the resolution actually was that.

Ok, so this is getting ignored. Then I will continue )

Display App is reporting back the wrong resolution from all 4K displays regardless of connected players... Chrome or Windows. Does anyone else see this? I am trying to determine if this stems from my hardware setup problem or is this the App problem?

In addition, my multi-display (30 setup reports back the correct resolution. but I cannot take screenshots of the entire presentation. I am allowed to see only 1/3 of it. This has been an issue for a few years now. Is there a plan to address it eventually?

    Darius,

I'll reach out to you in a support ticket to get access to these Display ID's so we can check them in the logs.

Regarding multi display setups, the screenshot only works for the primary screen, so depending on how they are set up in the OS, you may only get that 1st screen.

I look forward to hearing from you!

I will send you over IDs as soon as I get your email. But I believe, if this is an App problem, it is very easy to duplicate. Currently, I am setting up 3 4K displays and I have only 1 bracket for them. So these displays go on and off constantly during the day.

Unfortunately, windows allow me to have only 1 main display in a multi-display setup. So this App functionality is really limited to only one display. I agree that most display setups nowadays are single-display, but making this work with multi-display setups would be amazing past-due forward-thinking. I know ... I am a di@k )))
