    Hi there Shiv,

You would first have to add an account that does not rely on Google Authentication, and log in with that account instead. You can add a new user by following these steps: https://help.risevision.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000849226-Can-I-log-in-without-Google-or-Gmail-

Once that account is set up, you should be able to log in without Google. Please be sure to let me know how you make out!

I don't have a non-Google account to test, but I noticed that rva.risevision.com (Classic Editor) seems to only ask for a Google Account. Going to apps.risevision.com (Current Editor) there is the option for an email login. I'm not sure if RVA is capable of using a non-Google account? Since the Classic Editor is EOL, I don't expect they'd add that functionality if it's not already there at this point. You might need to swap to using the newer editor?

If using the newer editor, I would think just 1) Make a non-Google account, 2) Give it all the permissions, 3) Once verified you can login, remove your Google account then if you want.

Ah, great point, thanks for mentioning that Wendi!

The Classic editor at rva.risevision.com does NOT use our new authentication mechanism, so it does indeed require a Google account.

    Thanks for that reminder Wendi!
