Tony, hit that 'update' button and you will see what currently is on your player's screen.

Darius...I've been using Rise for a very long time...several screens.  I get how to see the updated screen shot.  However, when you are trying to buzz over a lot of screens it would be great if an automated process ran every so often and updated that screen shot.  That way I just have to land on the display page and see what the screen looks like.  For example Windows updates have been showing over the Rise display despite setting Windows to not show notifications, some still show up on top.  Today was one such day.  It's mind boggling the number of customers who do not call when something like that is showing on the screens.  So knowing that it happened one meant I had to check every single screen, knowing people would not call.  Many of our screens are outside of a 100 mile radius from our office, so this is the only "quick" check.  But if you have to click the button every time...that click can get very time consuming.  If it was 10 or 15 screens it would be one thing, but it's wasting valuable time when you are talking about many screens.  In all honesty, this is the simple idea.  I think a more practical and time saving development would be the ability to show the screen shots of every screen on a single page so I could scroll through pages and see 8-10 at a time.

Tony, I feel your pain and I suggested a very similar idea loooong time ago (well not automatic screenshots because this will require a lot of costly data traffic/storage to request and save screenshots for every display every few minutes ... just not realistic). I would have been happy to see a few screens per page, so I could quickly get screenshots from all of them or just the ones I am interested in at that time.
