    Could this have possibly affected some of us using the URL-only option in our schedule? We had a customer phone in on 2/18 and all I could get on their screen was white. We rebooted, tried adding a Presentation instead, tried a different URL, etc, with no luck. The box would start up, had internet, and did the RiseVision loading spinner, then went white. We dispatched a replacement on 2/19 (I did a screenshot of their system and it was still white). I actually checked in yesterday and they have not plugged in the replacement, but their system was running fine. 🤷‍♀️

    Hi there Wendi,

    It certainly may have, we noticed the original issue only with embedded Presentations, but since it was a viewer issue, I wonder if it may have affected this as well.

    Sorry about that, but I am glad it is back up and running!
