Since the last time, you used these templates and they were displaying fine, have there been any changes to the displays: have you upgraded from 1080p displays to 4K displays or something else related to the change of resolution?

Same exact display & player.  The only change is where the display is located.

Then are those still the same screens? If so, are those 4K capable screens? If so, change the output resolution on a player (display settings) to match the resolution of your templates. Anyhow, you want the video output resolution to match your template's resolution, and, ideally, the resolution of your screen.

Well, if you checked resolutions of all three and they all match then I must give up; although, I find it hard to believe. I've seen that happening when screens were upgraded to 4K and that left original 1080p presentations covering only 1/4 of a screen.

My thought was that something similar happened in your case too. The player automatically picked up the optimal resolution for the video output, which was greater than the resolution of your templates. The ways to address this issue are: redoing presentations to match the new resolution 9the best way, changing the video output on a player (the easiest way).

Do you know the model of a screen and a player?

If it was simply the resolution, then wouldn't that affect all templates and not just the older style ones made by RV?

Can you attach here the photo of what it looks like now? Have you tried to apply different display modes (in case TV is a screen)?

Bill, the newer templates from RV were designed fluid and capable of adjusting to the resolution of a screen.

Well Bill, this is exactly what I was telling you. 19:6 is not a resolution, it is your screen's aspect ratio (HxW ratio). Your screen's resolution is 3840X2160 (it is in your screenshot) which is 4K! Now, I can bet all my money that your old presentations were designed for 1080p (1920X1080) resolution, which is exactly 1/4 of 4K. For that reason, your old presentations only take up 1/4 of your 4K screen's real estate, which we can see in your 2nd screenshot.

You need to go into the settings of your Chromebook or Chromebox and change video resolution settings to 1920X1080.

And Bill, never post publicly your players' IDs.
