    While I'm a paying customer, I have suggested Rise Vision to many other schools. It would be great for adoption rates if you also still have a free tier to allow organizations to test the platform.

    I'm exporting direct from PPT to mp4. I still can't figure out why it's making the video 4 minutes long. I'm trying it at 720p for now.

    1080p and it's like 650MB and 4mins long for some reason. I only have 1 slide and an animation that repeats 10x for 12 seconds. It should only be 2mins.

    Video slide error

    I converted a powerpoint slide to mp4 and it works in the preview window. However, on our display (Asus Chromebox) it says failed to download file. The file is too large to convert to webm.

    There's no option to export to a graphic in the free version of Adobe (at least not the Mac). See attached.
