Understanding Sub-Companies in Rise Vision
Learn how Sub-Companies work within your Rise Vision account structure, what permissions they inherit, and how to manage them effectively.
Requirements
- Admin privileges for managing Company settings
What is a Sub-Company?
A Sub-Company is a Company account nested under a primary (Parent) Rise Vision Company.
- Users in the Parent Company can access all Sub-Companies under it.
- Users in a Sub-Company can only access their own Sub-Company and any nested beneath it.
- Sub-Companies share the Parent Company’s subscriptions—except Unlimited License plans. Display Licenses from the Parent plan can be used in all Sub-Companies.
Sub-Companies are useful for managing separate teams or locations under a single organization. For example, a school district (Parent Company) can manage each school (Sub-Company) independently.
