The CAP alert history export provides a report showing which displays received and showed the most recent CAP alert message.
Instructions
- Go to CAP Alerts.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click Export Alert History.
- When prompted, confirm that you want to export the alert history.
- Check your inbox for an email from Rise Vision containing the exported ZIP file.
- Download and unzip the file to view the CSV report.

The exported CSV includes the following fields:
Display ID
Display Name
Time of Alert (UTC)
Online Status
Alert Content Shown (Yes/No)
The report includes records for CAP Alerts and Override Replace from the current and previous day, based on UTC.
