This article shows you how to update the recipient email address for billing notifications from Rise Vision so they’re sent to the correct person or department.
Instructions
- Log in to your Rise Vision account at apps.risevision.com.
- Click Settings on the left navigation menu
- Click the Company Settings tab
- Locate the Billing Notifications Email field and update the list of email addresses accordingly.
- Once done, click Save
Behavior Notes
- The updated email address will apply to all future invoices for that subscription.
