I have access to the power rocker switch
Newer models of Rise Ticker have access to a power rocker switch. When facing the ticker, access will be on the bottom of the cabinet at the far right. Insert a screwdriver, or other small tool into the left hole to turn the rocker switch off. Leave the rocker switch off for 30 seconds, then insert a screwdriver, or other small tool into the right hole to turn the rocker switch on.
I have access to the power cable running to the Ticker
Unplug the Ticker cabinet from the wall outlet. Leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
I do not have access to the switch or power cable
You will need to turn the power to the Ticker off at the breaker. Turn the breaker off, disconnecting power for 30 seconds, then turn the breaker on.
