We typically respond within 1 hour during our business hours. We’re available from 9am - 6pm (EST) Monday - Friday, closed New Years Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Day.
We’re very good about getting back to you quickly through email and if needed scheduling a call. There is no need to try multiple ways to get a hold of us, it won’t make us respond faster. If you don’t want to submit a ticket you can call and leave a message at 1-866-770-1150 and that will automatically open a ticket for you.
