Learn how to control what content appears on your Displays using Schedules in Rise Vision.
Instructions
1. Create a Schedule
- Log in to your Rise Vision account.
- Click Schedules from the menu on the side.
- Click Add Schedule.
2. Configure Distribution
Use Distribution settings to control which Displays are assigned to the Schedule.
- To show on all your Displays, click the Show on all Displays toggle.
- To show on a subset of Displays, click No Displays Selected
- Click Save once your are done.
3. Add Content to Playlist
Use Playlist to configure the content that will be shown on your Displays
- Click Add Playlist Item then Presentation
- A list of Presentations in your account will be shown.
- Click the checkbox next to one or more Presentations you want to add to the Playlist
- Then click the Add Selected button
- The Presentation will be added to your Playlist
- Click Save once you are done.
Behavior Notes
- A Display will show a black screen if there is no content scheduled to show.
- Presentations will be shown in the order shown in your Playlist.
- When you save a Schedule, changes will automatically show on all Displays assigned to it.

Q: Can I assign multiple schedules to a single display?
A: No, each display can follow only one schedule at a time. To display different content at specific times, adjust the timeline within a single schedule or use Override schedules.
Q: What happens if I schedule presentations with overlapping timelines?
A: Content will play in the order listed in the playlist. If multiple items are scheduled for the same time, they will play sequentially based on their order.
Q: How do I include common content across all displays?
