If you manage multiple companies in Rise Vision you can easily copy Schedules and/or Presentations from one Company to another. This makes it simple to reuse content and keep assets organized while maintaining clear access control for your users.
Instructions
- Go to Schedules or Presentations (depending on what you want to copy)
- Select the checkbox next the items you want to copy to another Company
- Click Copy from the menu bar at the bottom of the page
- Enter the Company ID of the Company you want to copy to (Find Your Company ID)
- Then click Apply. The Schedule and all its Presentations will be copied to the Company you specified.
Behavior Notes
- When you copy a Schedule to another Company, the Schedule and all Presentations in that Schedule will also be copied to the Company.
