In Rise Vision, Sub‑Companies let you structure your account hierarchically—ideal for managing multiple locations, departments, or teams. Each Sub‑Company operates under a single Parent Company, maintaining its own assets (displays, presentations, schedules), while giving the Parent Company centralized control over content, user management, and licensing across its Sub‑Companies.
Whether you’re overseeing a school district, franchise network, or large organization, Sub‑Companies make it easy to stay organized, secure, and scalable.
Use the Company Selector
The company selector shows your companies as a tree, so you can move between Sub-Companies without scrolling through a long list.
- Click the Company name in the top left corner. The Select company panel opens.
- Click the arrow icon next to a company to show its Sub-Companies. Click it again to hide them.
- To find a company by name, type in the search field at the top of the panel. Search covers all of your Sub-Companies.
- Click a company to select it. The panel closes and Rise Vision switches to that company.
When a Sub-Company is selected, the panel opens on that company’s branch. It shows your own Company, the Companies above the selected one, the selected Company (marked with a check mark), and its Sub-Companies. If a Company has more Sub-Companies that are hidden, click the three dots icon next to it to show them.
