This guide shows you how to customize your Rise Vision presentations by editing, adding, removing, or hiding components. These options let you create personalized, dynamic displays tailored to your needs.
Each presentation is made up of parts called components. Depending on the template you chose when first creating your presentation, there may be any number of base components already present ready to be customized. You can add custom components of your own to make your presentations more unique if the base components are not enough.
Add a custom component
- Click the
“plus” button next to the component list.
- Select the type of component (text, image, etc.).
- Follow the prompts to configure your component’s settings.
- The new component appears highlighted in the preview area.
- Drag it or resize using the white handles.
Edit a component
- To update settings: Click the component in the list and modify the fields. Click “Back” to return.
- To move or resize: Click the component, then drag or resize using white dots in the preview.
-
To change layering: Click the
handles and drag the component up or down.
-
To rename: Click the
ellipsis and choose “Edit Label”. Enter a name and press Enter.
- To hide or delete: Click the ellipsis and select “Hide” or “Delete”. Base components can only be hidden.
Save and publish your changes
- Changes are saved automatically.
- Look for the “Unsaved changes” message above the preview to confirm changes are pending.
- Once saved, it will read “All changes saved”.
- Click “Publish” to update the displays with your changes.
