Use this guide to create a new presentation from a template or delete one (or several) you no longer need.
Create a new presentation
- Sign in to Rise Vision.
- Click Presentations in the left navigation.
- Click Add Presentation (top-right).
- Choose a template from the gallery (Use the filters on the left to narrow options to your needs).
- After you select a template, a copy is added to your account and opens in the Editor for you to customize.
Delete a presentation
- Delete a single presentation
- Sign in to Rise Vision.
- Click Presentations.
- In the list, hover over the presentation you want to delete.
- Click the three dots (⋯) on the right and select Delete.
- Confirm the deletion.
- Delete multiple presentations
- Sign in to Rise Vision.
- Click Presentations.
- Select the checkbox next to each presentation you want to delete.
- At the bottom of the page, click Delete in the Bulk actions bar.
- Confirm the deletion.
Rename a presentation
- Sign in to Rise Vision.
- Click Presentations in the left navigation.
- In the list, hover over the presentation you want to delete.
- Click the three dots (⋯) on the right and select Rename.
Copy a presentation
- Sign in to Rise Vision.
- Click Presentations in the left navigation.
- Select the presentation you want to make a copy of
- Click the three dots next to the name of the presentation, the Duplicate
- A copy of the presentation will be made and opened in the editor.
Behavior Notes
- Deleting a presentation is permanent. If a deleted presentation is used in a Schedule or on a Display, that content will no longer play.
- If you don’t see the Delete option, you may not have permission.
