Create a Presentation template for your Sub-Companies

If you have an Enterprise or Unlimited license, you can streamline content reuse across multiple locations by creating a template from a Presentation you have customized. Shared templates are accessible to all users within your Company and sub-Companies

Instructions

1. Sign in to Rise Vision
2. Click Presentations from from the menu on the left side
3. Choose the presentation you want to turn into a template.
4. Click the ellipsis icon next to the name
5. Click Save Presentation as a Template.
6. A confirmation message will be shown, select Yes 

The Presentation will now be available as a template all users in your organization.  Here is how users in your organization can create a new Presentation from your template:

1. Sign in to Rise Vision
2. Click Presentations from from the menu on the left side
3. Click Add Presentation to open the template library
4. Click the Shared Templates toggle from the filter options shown on the left
5. Click Add next to the template you want to create a new Presentation from

Behavior Notes

• Changes to a copied template don’t affect the original.
• Changes to the original template only apply to future copies, not past ones.
• Brand Settings is applied automatically for supported Presentations
