Every company in Rise Vision has a unique Company ID, which is used to identify and manage the assets (like presentations, displays, and schedules) that belong to that company. Follow the steps below to confirm a Company ID.
Instructions
- Sign in to Rise Vision.
- Once logged in, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar.
- Find the part of the URL that starts with cid=.
- The value that follows cid= is your Company ID.
To find the Company ID for a sub-company, switch to that company and follow the same steps described above.
Example
If your URL looks like this:
https://apps.risevision.com/editor/list?cid=abc123ab-123a-1234-abc1-abc123abc123
Then your Company ID is:
abc123ab-123a-1234-abc1-abc123abc123
