Symptom
Your brand logo looks blurry, pixelated, or low quality in in a presentation or on your display. The issue may get worse if the logo is resized larger.
Why This Happens
This happens when a low-resolution source file is used. The template tries to upscale the image, which makes it appear blurry.
Resolution
- Use an SVG file whenever possible. SVG images scale without losing quality.
- If an SVG file is not available, use a PNG file with a transparent background at the correct size for your displays:
- For 1920x1080 displays, use a PNG that is at least 250 pixels wide.
- For 4K displays, use a PNG that is at least 600 pixels wide.
- Avoid copying images from websites or email signatures. These images are usually very small and will look blurry when scaled.
