You've updated a Google Slides presentation, but the changes aren't appearing on your display(s).
Why This Happens
Google controls how often slide changes are synced to external applications. The Google API automatically refreshes content every 60 minutes. This refresh interval can’t be adjusted by Rise Vision.
Resolution
- Make your changes in the Google Slides presentation.
- Wait up to 60 minutes for the Google API to refresh automatically.
- If you need the changes to appear immediately, log into your Rise Vision company and reboot your displays to force a refresh.
