Teachers can easily create, customize, and update display content using a simplified version of Rise Vision made just for schools.
Requirements
- An assigned display (ask your administrator to set this up)
- A Rise Vision account (you’ll receive a welcome email when ready)
Instructions
Step 1: Pick a template
- Go to risevision.com and sign in using the email address you received the welcome email at.
- On the Presentations tab (check the explore tab on the left), choose a design:
- Click Add Presentation to browse templates made for schools, or
- Select a suggestion under the Upcoming Events column on the far right.
- Preview the template. When you’re ready, move on to customizing it by clicking Start with this Template.
Step 2: Customize the template
- The school logo and colors (set by your administrator) will appear automatically.
- Edit text, images, and elements using the left-hand component editor options.
- Change the name of the presentation in the upper left to better keep track of what it represents.
- Your changes save automatically. Click Publish in the upper-right when finished.
- In the pop-up, choose which schedule(s) to add the presentation to, then click Add.
- If no schedules appear, ask your administrator to assign some to your display.
Step 3: Update it weekly
- Each week, Rise Vision provides new presentation ideas on the right of your presentations list.
- Click a suggestion to add it to your schedule with one click, or add your own unique presentation from the presentation library.
- To manage your playlist:
- Click Schedules from the explore tab on the left.
- Select your schedule to view or edit it.
- From the Playlist on the right, use the drag handles
to reorder presentations.
- Click + Add Playlist Item to include new items or the trash icon
to remove them.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Behavior Notes
- Changes are saved in real-time — no need to manually save while editing.
- Published presentations update your assigned displays automatically.
