This article shows you how to add content to your display using presentations in Rise Vision. Follow these three simple steps to create, customize, and publish content to your displays.

- A Rise Vision account
- At least one active Display
Instructions
Step 1: Choose a template to start from
- Log in at risevision.com and click on Presentations in the left explore tab.
- Click the + Add Presentation button to open the template library.
- You now have two options. Either:
- Use the search bar and key words to see what template might be available related to what you want to show. For example, if you want a welcome message type "welcome".
- Use the left-hand category & content filters to find a template that suits your design (e.g., filter by “Image” for showing one or a series of images, or "Playlist" if you want to show a series of different content from images to videos, or "Zoned" if you want the content to only play in a sub-section of the presentation).
- Click the
button to select your template.
- Optional: If brand settings are configured, the template will apply the brad logo and/or colors automatically. This feature is only available for Enterprise/Unlimited subscriptions.
Step 2: Customize the template with your content
- Each presentation is made of components listed on the left side of the editor. A component is an individual feature of the presentation (ex an image, a line of text, etc).
- Click a component to customize it using the prompts provided.
- Use the preview on the right to click directly on components and edit them visually.
- Click the
button next to the component list to add new components.

Step 3: Publish the presentation
- When changes are saved, the message will show “All changes saved” in the top-right corner.
- Click the Publish button in the top-right corner.
- A pop-up will appear. Click in the Select or add a new schedule dropdown.
- Check the box for each schedule where you want the presentation to play.
- Click Select to confirm.
- Click Add to complete publishing.
Behavior Notes
- Changes are saved automatically but will not appear on Displays until the presentation is published.
- Content will display according to the rules of the selected schedules. Learn more about schedules here.
