This article shows how to install and activate Rise Player on an Amazon Signage Stick. The Signage Stick comes with a built-in Mobile Device Manager (MDM) that supports Rise Vision, making setup fast and seamless.

Instructions
- Connect your Amazon Signage Stick to your TV's HDMI port
- Turn on your TV switch to the correct HDMI input
- Select your preferred language
- Select your Wi-Fi Network and enter your password. Hidden networks are not supported.
- When the pairing code appears on screen, navigate to console.signage.amazon.com
- Select “+ Add Device” (on the upper right of the page)
- When prompted to Select your preferred Content Management System, choose Rise Vision and enter the pairing code shown on your TV
- The Amazon Signage Stick will automatically update and install Rise Vision, which may take up to 10 minutes
- Activate your display by following the Rise Vision activation steps.
Software Updates
- When a software update is available, the Amazon Signage Stick will attempt to install it between 2:00 am and 5:00 am local time.
- These OTA updates are controlled and released by Amazon, and they include both system updates and the latest version of Rise Player.
- The device must be turned on during this window to receive the update. If it is powered off, it will miss the update and try again at the same time the following day.
Behavior Notes
- Go to the Amazon Signage Stick setup page for detailed instructions.
- The Amazon Signage Stick is not the same as Amazon Fire Stick or Fire TV.
