This will guide you on how to activate a Display in your Rise Vision account. There are two ways this can be accomplished depending on your circumstance:
- Setting up a new display
- Reactivating an existing display, whether replacing a old device, or just reinstalling Rise Player on an existing device. You will need to activate using that display’s assigned ID: the DisplayID.
Instructions
Activate a New Display
- Power on your device with Rise Player installed.
- Launch the Rise Player and take note of the 5-character Activation Code show.
- From your computer or mobile device, navigate to risevision.com/activate and sign in.
- Give your new Display a name.
- Enter your Activation Code and click Save.
Reactivate an existing Display
- From your computer or mobile device, sign into your Rise Vision account.
- Go to the Display tab, and select the name of the display that you want to re-associate your device with.

Note the DisplayID. It is located beneath the live screenshot preview.
- Power on your device with Rise Player installed.
- Launch the Rise Player. At the activation window, select Activate with DisplayID.

In the new window, provide the DisplayID and click Save.
Behavior Notes
- Once activated, the display will automatically start showing its scheduled content.
- The DisplayID is unique. It should only be used on one device at a time. If multiple devices are connected to the same DisplayID, only the most recently connected or rebooted device with show content.
