You can export a report of your Displays to view detailed information such as operating system, network details, and last online timestamps. This report helps you answer questions like which Displays are running Windows.
Instructions
- Log in to Rise Vision.
- Go to Displays in the left-hand menu.
- Select the checkbox next to each Display you want to export.
If you want to include Displays from sub-companies, check the option Show all sub-companies. - From the action bar, click Export All.
- The report will be sent to your email address.
Behavior Notes
- The report includes details such as Display name, MAC address, IP address, operating system, and the last online timestamp.
- Reports are sent from no-reply@risevision.com. If you don’t receive it, check your spam or junk folder.
