Learn how to connect Rise Vision with Airtame 2 or Airtame Hub so your screens can automatically show scheduled content or emergency alerts when not in use.
Requirements
- An Airtame 2 or Airtame Hub device
- Access to your Airtame Cloud account
Instructions
Step 1: Get your Display ID from Rise Vision
- Log in at risevision.com.
- Click Displays.
- Click Add Display.
- Enter a name for your Display. Leave the Activation Code field blank.
- Click Save.
- Find your new Display in the displays tab.
- Under the display’s Web Player Link select “Show” and copy the Webplayer URL.
Step 2: Activate your Display in Airtame Cloud
- Log in at airtame.cloud.
- On the right-hand side, select the desired Airtame device's settings menu (Gear icon)
- In the left-hand menu, click Signage.
- Select the Website option.
- Paste in the Webplayer URL.
- Select Save in the top right corner to save this change.
Your screen will now automatically display Rise Vision content whenever it’s not being used for streaming.
Behavior Notes
- If you’ve set up emergency alerts in your Rise Vision account, these can interrupt active streams on Airtame to display critical safety information.
- If you're setting up multiple Airtame screens, repeat these steps for each one.
