This guide shows you how to configure Vivi to display your Rise Vision digital signage automatically when a screen isn’t being shared in the classroom.
Requirements
- Access to Vivi Central
- Permissions to create media and signage schedules in Vivi
Instructions
- Log in to Vivi Central.
- Select Media from the menu on the left.
- Click Add Media and choose Add website URL.
- Enter the name Rise Vision.
- Paste the following URL into the website URL field:
https://widgets.risevision.com/viewer/?type=webplayer - Click Create to save the media item.
- From the left menu, select Signage and click Create Signage Schedule.
- Select the organization for the schedule and give it a name. Click Next.
- Choose to display the schedule to an individual Room, and select the room you want. Click Next.
- Choose to Add media and select the media item called Rise Vision. Click Next.
- Set the dates and times for when you want the Rise Vision content to play.
- Ensure Precedence is set to None so screen sharing can still occur at any time. Click Next.
- Review your schedule settings and click Submit to save it.
- Your displays will now show the Rise Vision Player activation screen. Follow the on-screen instructions or activate your displays here.
Behavior Notes
- Rise Vision content will appear only when the Vivi screen is not being used for screen sharing or class instruction.
