If your Display shows as offline, Rise Player can’t connect to Rise Vision servers to receive updates. Follow the steps below to bring your Display back online.
Step 1: Check Media Player Power
- Verify the media player is powered on.
- Confirm Rise Player is running and showing previously saved content.
Step 2: Reboot the Media Player
- Power cycle the media player to refresh its network connection.
- Verify that Rise Player automatically restarts.
Step 3: Check Network Access
- Verify the media player has an active network connection.
- Open this article using a computer that is on the exact same network as your media player, and make sure test results shown in the following table all show as pass

Step 4: Update Network Configuration
- Ask your IT team to review and confirm the Rise Vision network requirements are met.
