You can check which version of Rise Player is installed on a media player from your Rise Vision account.
- Log in to your Rise Vision account.
- Click Displays from the menu on the left.
- Select the Display you want to check.
- Click Device Info.
- You’ll see the version currently installed on that device next to Player
