Symptom
Your Display is online, but the content you expect to see is missing, outdated, or doesn’t appear at all.
Why This Happens
This usually happens when your Schedule, Display, or Presentation isn’t linked or configured correctly. It can also occur if the content file has been removed or if the Rise Player cache is out of date.
Resolution
- Check that your Display is online and connected to the internet.
- Open your Presentation to confirm all media loads correctly in preview
- Verify the Presentation you expect to see has been added to the Schedule
- Open your Schedule and make sure the Display is assigned to it.
- Check that the Schedule’s timeline is set up for the correct start and end date and time.
- Verify that the time settings on your media player are correct.
- Restart Rise Player to refresh cached content.
