Adding a certificate to the Rise Vision Media Player
You can add a CA or WIFI certificate to the Rise Vision Media Player in order to enable its access on the network. To do so, reach out to Rise Vision's Technical Support Team (support@risevision.com) and let them know that you wish to add a certificate to your media player. They will temporarily unlock your Rise Vision Media Player so that it can accept the file, and provide you with the appropriate instructions. You will need to have the certificate file on a USB key to complete the procedure.
