You can view a screenshot of the content currently playing on your Display from the Display Settings page. This is helpful for checking what’s showing without being physically near the screen.
Instructions
- Go to the Displays tab.
- Select the Display you want to check.
- In the middle of the Display’s Page, you will see a Live Screenshot section.
- If the Display is online, you’ll see a screenshot of the current content.
- Click the Refresh button at the top right of the screenshot to request a new image. (screenshot below)
- The screenshot and its timestamp will update with the latest content.
Behavior Notes
- If the Display is offline, the screenshot shows the last image captured before it went offline.
- The Refresh button is only available when the Display is online.
- Some media players do not support screenshots. In these cases, you'll see the message: “This media player does not support screenshots,” and the Refresh button will not be visible.
