If you manage multiple companies, you can move displays from one company to another using the Company ID. This helps keep your displays organized under the correct company.
Instructions
- Sign in to Rise Vision
- Click Displays from from the menu on the left side
- Select the checkbox next the Displays you want to copy to another Company
- Click three vertical dots on the right side of the menu bar shown
- Select the option Move to company
- Enter the Company ID of the Company you want to move the Display(s) to in the Move Selected Display dialog (Find Your Company ID)
- Then click Apply. The Displays will be moved to the Company you specified.
Behavior Notes
- The Display Administrator or System Administrator role is required to move a display to another company
- You cannot move a display to a company you do not have access to.
