If you are experiencing issues with your Elo touch screen send us an email at support@risevision.com. If we determine there to be an issue with the hardware that we can't solve, the following processes outlined below can be followed to get technical support from Elo.
Troubleshooting No Response to Touch

Contact Elo Technical Support
Before submitting a warranty claim, contact Elo Technical Support by filling out this form so they can help troubleshoot the issue and confirm if warranty repair is necessary.
Check Warranty Status
- Find the serial number on your Elo device
- Visit the Elo Warranty Lookup page.
- Click the Serial Number Lookup button
- Enter your region information and serial number for your Elo screen then click the Lookup button
Submit a Warranty or Repair Request
If the issue is confirmed to qualify for warranty coverage, submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through the Elo RMA Portal. You’ll need to log in or register, enter the serial number, describe the issue, and provide your shipping information.
Once the RMA is approved, Elo will email you an RMA number and shipping instructions.
